Execution scaled across 17 events spanning 11 markets, with staffing ranging from 4–30 people per event and 3–29 brand ambassadors per event, plus one on-site manager per event.

KIA needed teams of brand ambassadors with automotive knowledge to represent the brand at NBA games. The program ran for 7 months and spanned 11 markets, requiring reliable coverage on every game day. The team also needed to consistently relay brand messaging and support lead capture and lead-generation goals. ATN was tasked with hiring, training, and scheduling a core team of proactive and engaging brand ambassadors while aiming for as much consistency as possible. The ambassadors interacted with event attendees, relayed key brand messaging, and collected leads via data capture. ATN also supported staffing for different activation sizes based on event needs. ATN kept staffing ready for game-day as the schedule evolved throughout the program. After the NBA event marketing campaign, ATN expanded its partnership with KIA to provide staffing services for several large-scale, one-off events. The deployment model included dedicated staffing per event with an event manager and multiple brand ambassadors.

Strider Bikes
Strider Bikes needed staffing support for the Strider Cup National Race Series across cities in the U.S. The events served children ages 2–5 and required staff who were extremely comfortable working with young children in a high-energy environment. The program also required consistent execution across multiple markets with local support at each stop. A mobile tour team was deployed to oversee, execute, and manage each event on the tour. The team handled event logistics, coordinated and managed races and participants, emceed the starting gate, and delivered reporting and client recaps. Local brand ambassadors were also provided at each event to support registration, crowd management, course setup, race management, and general event support. The program delivered a memorable and exciting brand experience for participants and parents. It also led to a multi-year partnership that expanded beyond the race series. The ongoing work included staffing for Strider Adventure Zones throughout the U.S.
