Your Human Cloud Is Yours

Every time you search for a workforce solution, you start from zero. The Workspace changes that — a persistent, memory-powered environment that gets smarter every time you use it.

Your Human Cloud Is Yours

I want you to think about the last time you searched for a workforce solution.

Maybe you spent 45 minutes filtering through EOR providers, narrowing down to a few that served LATAM. You had three tabs open. You took some notes in a Google Doc. You bookmarked a couple of profiles. Then your meeting started, you closed the browser, and all of it vanished.

Two weeks later, your CFO asked for an update. You opened a new tab. Started from scratch. Re-applied the same filters. Tried to remember which ones you'd liked. Couldn't. Spent another 30 minutes getting back to where you already were.

This is the default experience for every buyer in the $626 billion workforce solutions market. Every search starts from zero. Every session is disposable. No context carries forward. No memory compounds.

We just built the fix.

The Workspace

A Workspace is created the moment you save a search. That search — the query, the filters, the context — becomes persistent. It's yours. You can close the browser, come back in a week, click one button, and be exactly where you left off. Not a frozen snapshot of old results. Live data, your filters, re-run against the latest information.

But that's just the beginning.

Think about how you actually evaluate workforce solutions. You don't just search once and buy. You search. You narrow down. You shortlist 4-5 providers. You request information. You compare. You maybe send an RFI. You engage.

Every one of those steps is a skill inside the Workspace:

  • /search — Query the catalog. Apply filters. Generate intent signal.
  • /save — Persist the search. Create the workspace. Come back anytime.
  • /shortlist — Select specific solutions from your results. Move from exploring to evaluating.
  • /request — Lightweight outreach. Ask a shortlisted solution for a brief, pricing context, capability summary.
  • /rfi — Formal structured inquiry. Auto-generated from your workspace context. Apples-to-apples comparison.
  • /engage — Start the relationship. Schedule calls, initiate pilots, sign agreements.

The Workspace holds all of it. Every action, every decision, every piece of context — linked to the search intent that started it.

Why this matters: memory compounds

Here's the insight that drove the entire design.

Every action you take inside a Workspace generates signal. What you search for tells us what category of solution you need. What you filter on tells us what capabilities matter to you. What you shortlist tells us which providers meet your bar. What you request tells us you're in active buying mode. What you engage tells us what actually converts.

Your first Workspace teaches us. Your second Workspace already knows what you cared about in the first. By the fifth Workspace, Human Cloud can proactively suggest solutions before you even search — because it's seen your pattern.

This is the same model that makes Claude Code better than Claude on its own. Claude is powerful in isolation — you can ask it anything. But Claude Code is embedded in your context. It knows your codebase. It remembers your preferences. It recommends tools and executes them. It retains your decisions and gets smarter with every interaction.

That's what the Workspace does for workforce sourcing. Your Human Cloud becomes yours. It learns what you need. It remembers what worked. The matches get more precise every time.

No gates on discovery

One thing we refused to compromise on: search is always free, always public.

Anyone can search, filter, browse — no login required. No gates. No "sign up to see results." This matters for SEO, for first impressions, and for the fundamental principle that discovery should have zero friction.

Authentication only triggers when you save a search. That's the natural commitment point — you've found something worth preserving, so we ask you to create an account. After that, your search auto-saves as your first Workspace. Every subsequent visit, your Workspaces are waiting.

The nudge is gentle. After your second filter interaction, a quiet inline prompt appears: "Save this search to pick up where you left off — and we'll keep improving your matches." Dismiss it and a subtle bookmark icon persists in the search bar. No modals. No popups. No pressure.

What it looks like

Your Workspaces live below the search bar. The most recent one appears as a compact chip. Click it and your filters restore, results refresh live. That's it. One click to pick up where you left off.

Multiple Workspaces? A dropdown shows them all — each with its auto-generated title, a filter summary, and a relative timestamp.

Titles are auto-generated from your search context:

  • Query "EOR" + Region: LATAM = "EOR — LATAM"
  • Category: Staffing + Industry: Healthcare = "Staffing — Healthcare"
  • Semantic query = "SOC 2 compliant payroll providers"

No naming required. No folder management. No dashboard to navigate. The Workspace appears when you need it and stays out of the way when you don't.

The strategic picture

This is bigger than saved searches. This is the foundation for how Human Cloud becomes the front end for how leaders source everything.

Today, Workspace powers search persistence and shortlisting. Tomorrow, it powers automated outreach, structured RFIs generated from your search context, and cross-workspace intelligence that learns across every sourcing project you run.

The data compounds. The matches get more precise. The switching cost grows with every Workspace you create — not because we're trapping you, but because your Human Cloud genuinely gets better the more you use it. The 10th Workspace is dramatically more useful than the 1st.

That's the moat. Not a feature. Not a product. A compounding intelligence layer that knows your sourcing patterns better than any analyst, any consultant, or any conference booth.

To the buyers

If you've ever spent 30 minutes re-doing a search you already did last month — or lost a shortlist because you forgot to bookmark it — or wished the platform just remembered what you were looking for:

Save your first search. That's all it takes.
