Solutions to common issues with login, profiles, briefs, and more.
Login Issues
I can't log in
- Check your email — make sure you're using the same email you signed up with
- Check your auth method — if you signed up with Google, use the Google sign-in button (not email/password)
- Reset your password — click "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a reset link
- Clear your browser cache — sometimes stale session data can cause issues
I'm not receiving the password reset email
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you're entering the email associated with your account
- Wait a few minutes — email delivery can sometimes be delayed
- Try again — you can request another reset email
Profile Issues
My solution profile isn't showing up in search
- Check publish status — your profile must be published (not draft) to appear in search results and rankings
- Check completeness — profiles with minimal information may rank very low. Fill out all sections for better visibility
- Wait for indexing — newly published profiles may take a short time to appear in search
I claimed a profile but don't have access yet
Claims are reviewed by the Human Cloud team. Check your notifications for status updates. If it's been more than 2 business days, contact support.
Someone else already claimed my company's profile
If a colleague already claimed the profile, ask them to invite you as a team member from the Solution Dashboard > Team tab. If the claim was made by an unauthorized person, contact the Human Cloud team for assistance.
Brief & RFP Issues
A solution hasn't responded to my brief
- Not all solutions respond to every brief — it depends on fit and their capacity
- Briefs with detailed, specific questions tend to get more responses
- Check if the solutions you selected are actively managed profiles (look for recent activity or high HC Scores)
I can't find my sent briefs
Go to My Cloud and navigate to the Briefs & RFPs section. All briefs you've sent are listed there with their response status.
Partner Issues
I accepted a partner invitation but can't see the buyer's workspace
- Go to /partner-dashboard to see all your active buyer organizations
- Click on the buyer org to enter their workspace
- Make sure the delegation status shows "Active" — if it's still "Pending," try accepting again
I can't create shortlists or briefs for my buyer
Your permissions may not include those capabilities. Check which permissions were granted on your delegation in the Partner Dashboard. Contact the buyer org admin to request additional permissions.
General Issues
The page isn't loading correctly
- Try refreshing the page
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
