Answers to the most frequently asked questions about Human Cloud.
Human Cloud is an AI-powered marketplace for flexible workforce solutions. Companies use it to discover, evaluate, and engage staffing firms, EORs, MSPs, direct sourcing platforms, and other workforce solution providers. Think of it as a search engine and sourcing toolkit for the HR/procurement world.
Yes — completely free for buyers (companies searching for solutions). Solution providers can list a basic profile for free and upgrade for premium features like visitor identification and lead export. See Billing & Pricing.
Solutions are workforce service providers — staffing agencies, Employer of Record (EOR) platforms, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), direct sourcing platforms, freelance marketplaces, HR tech tools, and similar companies. They list profiles so buyers can find and evaluate them.
Buyers are companies looking for workforce solutions — typically HR leaders, procurement teams, and hiring managers who need to find and evaluate the right service providers for their organization.
Yes. A single account can have a buyer organization (My Cloud) and a solution organization (Solution Dashboard) simultaneously. You can also be a partner for other companies. Switch between contexts using the organization switcher.
If you signed up via OAuth (Google or Microsoft), your authentication is managed by that provider. You don't need a separate password for Human Cloud.
Your email address is tied to your authentication provider. Contact the Human Cloud team if you need to update it.
No. Your shortlists, saved solutions, and personal notes are completely private. Solutions only see your identity if you send them a brief (and only if you're not using anonymous mode).
Yes. Each brief and RFP has a sharing token that generates a read-only link. Anyone with the link can view the brief and responses without needing a Human Cloud account.
Once a brief is sent, the solutions are notified. You can close the brief to stop accepting responses, but the initial notification cannot be recalled.
The Human Cloud team typically reviews claims within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a notification when your claim is approved or if additional verification is needed.
Yes. After claiming your profile, invite team members from the Team tab in your Solution Dashboard. Assign them Owner, Editor, or Viewer roles. See Managing Your Team.
Profile claims require a business email to verify your association with the company. Personal email domains like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, and @outlook.com are not accepted for claims. This prevents unauthorized claims.
Claim your profile first (if you haven't already), then edit the information from your Solution Dashboard. If the profile has inaccurate data from public sources, you can correct it once you have Owner or Editor access.
