Invite team members, assign roles, and manage access to your solution dashboard.
Multiple people from your organization can manage your solution profile. The Team tab in your Solution Dashboard lets you invite members, assign roles, and control who can do what.

| Owner | Full control — edit profile, manage team, approve claims, change settings, delete the profile |
| Editor | Edit profile content — update descriptions, add business cases, manage certifications |
| Viewer | Read-only access — view the dashboard and analytics but cannot make changes |
If the person doesn't have a Human Cloud account, they'll be prompted to create one when they accept the invite.
You can also generate a reusable invite link to share with your team. Anyone with the link can request to join your organization. Invite links can have expiration dates and usage limits.
In addition to roles, team members can be tagged with personas that indicate their functional responsibility:
Personas are informational — they help your team understand who handles what. They don't restrict access beyond the role-based permissions.
When someone claims your profile or requests to join via an invite link, their request appears in the Approvals tab. Owners can:
Owners can revoke access for any team member at any time. Revoked members immediately lose access to the Solution Dashboard but any content they created remains.
When someone signs up with an email address that matches your organization's registered domain, they may be automatically linked to your organization as a viewer. This makes it easy for colleagues to find and join your team.
