Your Leads Tab
Go to Solution Dashboard → Leads to see all your leads. There are two categories:
- My Leads — People who directly visited your profile or saved your solution. These are high-intent — they came to you.
- HC Network Leads — Leads found by the AI SDR Agent across Human Cloud's entire network. Matched to your ICP and scored with behavioral signals.
Boosting and Suppressing Domains
Every lead row in the HC Network Leads tab has two small arrow buttons on the right:
- Up arrow (Boost) — Adds this company's domain to your Target Accounts. Future leads from this company get a +15 point boost in scoring. Use this when you see a company you definitely want more leads from.
- Down arrow (Suppress) — Adds this company's domain to your exclusion list. Future leads from this domain won't appear in your scoring. Use this for vendors, competitors, or companies that will never be your customers.
These actions are permanent until you undo them. To manage your full suppression list, go to Team → SDR Agent → Edit ICP → Exclude Companies. To manage target accounts, use the Target Accounts section on the Leads tab.
Understanding Score Breakdowns
Hover over any lead's score badge to see why they scored where they did. The breakdown shows:
- ICP Title — Did their seniority and function match your targets?
- ICP Company — Did their company size match?
- Target Account — Is their company in your target accounts list?
- Region — Do they match your target geography?
- HC Signals — What did they do on Human Cloud? (the most valuable part)
- Recency — How recently were they active?
Exporting Leads
Click the Export button above the leads table to download a CSV. The file includes: Name, Title, Company, Domain, Email, LinkedIn, Score, and Signals.
The Signals column contains the HC behavioral data — use it to personalize your outreach. For example, if the signals show "viewed_profile(3x), saved_in_category", you know this person has been actively evaluating solutions like yours.
Monthly Lead Quotas
The AI SDR Agent surfaces up to 30 leads per month and 8 leads per week. Leads are surfaced in batches as the agent runs — you don't need to do anything to receive them.
Leads you've already received won't be re-surfaced. Each month starts fresh with new leads from the network.
Weekly Email Digest
You'll receive a weekly email digest with your latest scored leads, including suggested outreach templates and LinkedIn message drafts. The digest is sent automatically — no setup needed.
Tips for Getting the Most from Your Leads
- Act fast. Leads are most valuable when fresh. The recency signal decays — a 7-day lead scores 20/20 on recency, but a 90-day lead only scores 10/20.
- Use LinkedIn first. Solutions in the flexible workforce space see much better results with LinkedIn outreach (30-40% response) than cold email. Keep the message conversational, not sales-y.
- Train your ICP with the arrows. Every boost and suppress makes your future leads better. Spend 30 seconds per batch boosting good companies and suppressing bad ones.
- Check the signals before reaching out. "I noticed you've been exploring flexible workforce options" works because it's true — the signals prove it.
