Responding to RFPs
Step-by-step guide for solutions: receive an RFP, write answers, attach files, and manage conversations with buyers.
How you receive RFPs
Three ways: direct notification from a buyer, a shared link, or browsing the Open RFPs page.
Responding to an RFP
Step 1: Open the RFP
Click the link from your notification. You'll see the RFP details.
Step 2: Write your cover message
Introduce yourself and explain why you're a good fit.
Step 3: Answer the questions
Each question has its own text field. Smart suggestions from your knowledge base may appear to help.
Step 4: Add attachments and business cases (optional)
Upload supporting documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, images — max 10 MB). Link relevant case studies from your profile.
Step 5: Submit
Click "Submit Response". You can update your response at any time before the buyer closes the RFP.
Your knowledge base
Answers are automatically saved to power smart suggestions on future RFPs. Manage your knowledge base from your solution dashboard.
