The Solution Dashboard is your control center for managing your presence on Human Cloud. Access it at /solution-dashboard after claiming or creating your profile.

Dashboard Tabs

Edit Profile

Update your public-facing profile information: name, description, capabilities, regions, pricing, logos, and links. Changes are reflected on your public profile page immediately.

Team

Manage who has access to your Solution Dashboard. Invite team members by email and assign roles. See Managing Your Team for details.

Leads

View companies that have interacted with your profile — visitors, brief/RFP senders, and engagement initiators. Export leads for your CRM.

Grow

Growth metrics and analytics: profile views, search impressions, brief invitations received, and engagement trends.

Rank

See your HC Score breakdown — how your score is calculated across all 21 factors, where you rank globally, and where you rank within specific capabilities.

Certifications

Manage your certifications and compliance credentials. Add new certifications with supporting documentation.

Approvals

Review and approve pending team join requests (people who claimed your profile or requested access).

Get shareable links to your profile and embed codes for your website. Share your HC Score badge, profile card, or full profile view.

Embed

Generate embed code to display your HC profile, badges, or score widget on your own website.

Notifications

Configure which notifications you receive — brief/RFP requests, lead alerts, team activity, and more.

Settings

Organization-level settings: legal name, contact information, email domains, and account management.

Draft vs. Published

Your profile has two states:

Draft — only visible to your team. Use this while setting up or making major changes.
Published — visible to all buyers in search, rankings, and the homepage.

You can toggle between draft and published at any time from the dashboard.
