Claiming Your Solution Profile
How to find and claim your existing solution profile on Human Cloud.
Overview
Human Cloud may already have a profile for your solution based on public data and industry research. Claiming your profile gives you full control to edit it, respond to briefs, track leads, and manage your presence on the platform.
Finding Your Profile
Search for your company on the Human Cloud homepage or browse the rankings page. If your solution is already listed, you'll see a "Claim This Profile" button on the profile page.
The Claim Process
Step 1: Click "Claim This Profile"
On your solution's public profile page, click the claim button. If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to log in or create an account first.
Step 2: Verify Your Identity
The claim form requires:
- Name — your full name
- Business email — must be a company email address (not gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, or outlook.com)
- Position/title — your role at the company
- Phone (optional) — for verification if needed
The business email requirement helps verify that you're actually associated with the company.
Step 3: Wait for Approval
After submitting your claim, the Human Cloud team reviews it. During review:
- Your claim status is pending
- You can see the status in your profile section
- The HC team may reach out for additional verification
Step 4: Access Granted
Once approved:
- You receive a notification that your claim has been approved
- You're granted owner access to the solution profile
- You can access the Solution Dashboard to start editing
What if My Solution Isn't Listed?
If your solution doesn't have an existing profile, you can create one from scratch. See Creating a New Solution Profile.
Multiple People Claiming the Same Profile
Only one person can be the initial owner. After claiming, the owner can invite additional team members with different roles (editor, viewer). See Managing Your Team.
