How your HC Score is calculated and how badges are awarded.
Overview
The HC Score is Human Cloud's proprietary scoring system that evaluates solutions on verified merit. Scores range from 0 to 100 and determine your ranking in the marketplace. High scores earn HC Badges — public recognition of quality.
How the Score is Calculated
The HC Score evaluates 21 factors across several dimensions:
Verified Customers
Relationships with customers that have been verified by the Human Cloud team. More verified customers = higher score. The quality and scale of customers matters — enterprise relationships carry more weight.
Reviews & Kudos
Testimonials and endorsements from verified users of your solution. Reviews from senior-level professionals and large organizations receive higher weight.
Business Cases
Success stories with measurable outcomes. Well-documented business cases with specific metrics contribute significantly to your score.
Profile Completeness
How complete and detailed your profile is. Filling out all sections — description, capabilities, regions, pricing, links — improves your score.
Certifications & Compliance
Industry certifications, compliance credentials, and quality standards you hold.
Engagement
How actively you engage on the platform — responding to briefs, updating your profile, and interacting with buyers.
HC Badges
Solutions in the top percentiles receive badges that appear on their profile and solution cards:

| Top 5% | HC Score in the top 5% |
| Top 10% | HC Score in the top 10% |
| Top 20% | HC Score in the top 20% |
Badges are recalculated periodically (quarterly) and awarded based on current scores. They cannot be purchased.
