Common questions about the AI SDR Agent, lead scoring, integrations, and pricing.
The AI SDR Agent is Human Cloud's automated sales development tool for solutions on the Max tier. It scans Human Cloud's buyer network of over 7,000 monthly visitors, matches leads to your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), scores them using behavioral signals unique to HC, and delivers them to your outbound tools automatically. Think of it as a dedicated SDR that works 24/7, powered by data no other tool has.
Tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo sell contact lists — names, emails, titles. Human Cloud's AI SDR Agent gives you the same contact data PLUS behavioral signals: did this person view your profile? Did they save a competitor? Did they search for your category? These signals tell you who is actively in-market, not just who exists. This is data only Human Cloud has, because it comes from buyer behavior on our platform.
Up to 30 scored leads per month, delivered in weekly batches of 8. Every lead has been matched to your ICP and scored on a 0-100 scale with behavioral signals attached.
The AI SDR Agent is included with the Max tier at $5,000/month. This includes ICP configuration, automated scoring, behavioral signal enrichment, delivery integrations, and up to 30 leads/month.
Leads are scored on a 0-100 scale combining: ICP match (how well they fit your target buyer profile, up to 25 points), HC behavioral signals (what they did on Human Cloud, up to 45 points), target account bonus (if they're from a company you're tracking, up to 15 points), and recency (how recently they were active, up to 20 points). Hover over any lead's score to see the full breakdown.
Signals are actions a lead took on Human Cloud: viewing your profile, viewing a competitor, saving a solution in your category, creating an account, searching for terms like "marketing agency" or "eor", clicking newsletter links, or submitting an RFP. Each signal has a point value, and signals are capped at 45 points total. These signals are what make HC leads uniquely actionable.
You can mark other HC solutions as "peers" — companies whose visitors are likely your buyers too. For example, if you're a service-layer agency, you might mark Upwork as a peer because anyone shopping Upwork probably needs your services. When a lead visits a peer solution, you get notified and it adds 10 points to their score.
Yes. In the Leads tab, click the up arrow on any lead to boost their company domain (+15 points for all future leads from that company). Click the down arrow to suppress the domain (no future leads from that company). You can also manage exclusions in bulk via the ICP configuration under "Exclude Companies."
Yes. In your SDR Agent settings, paste a Slack Incoming Webhook URL. Every time new leads are surfaced, a formatted message with lead details, scores, and contact links appears in your Slack channel.
Yes, via the webhook integration. Configure a webhook URL (from Zapier, Make, or n8n), and leads are automatically POSTed as JSON every time they're surfaced. From Zapier/Make, you can route to HubSpot, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Airtable, Clay, or any tool that has a Zapier/Make integration.
Yes. Use GET /api/solutions/{solutionId}/leads with optional parameters for format (json/csv), pagination, and incremental pulls (only leads surfaced since a given date). This works for custom scripts, cron jobs, or automated pipelines.
Yes. Weekly SDR digest emails are sent automatically with your latest scored leads, suggested outreach templates, and LinkedIn message drafts. This works alongside any other delivery channels you configure.
Go to Solution Dashboard → Team tab → SDR Agent card → Click "Configure ICP." Select your target seniority, functions, company size, industries, and regions. Optionally set up delivery channels (Slack, webhook). Click Save and the agent starts scoring immediately.
Yes, anytime. Go to Team → SDR Agent → Edit. Every change triggers an automatic rescore of all leads against your updated profile. You can also re-score on demand with the "Re-score" button.
The agent won't score any leads until you configure at least one ICP criteria. This is intentional — without an ICP, every lead looks the same and the scores aren't useful.
