Creating Your Account

Sign up for Human Cloud as a buyer, solution provider, or partner.

Overview

Human Cloud is free for buyers. Solution providers can list their profiles and access growth tools through paid tiers. Creating an account takes less than a minute.

Sign Up Options

You can create an account at /login or /join using:

  • Email & password — enter your name, business email, and a password (minimum 8 characters)
  • Google — sign in with your Google account
  • Microsoft (Azure) — sign in with your Microsoft work account

Choosing Your Account Type

When you sign up, you'll select one of three account types:

Don't worry about choosing wrong — a single account can act as a buyer and a solution provider and a partner simultaneously.

After You Sign Up

For Buyers

Your account is ready immediately. You'll land in My Cloud, your personal workspace. If your email domain matches an existing buyer organization, you'll be automatically added as a viewer on that org.

For Solution Providers

A draft solution profile is created automatically based on your company name. You'll be guided through the Solution Dashboard to complete your profile — add your description, categories, capabilities, and more. Once you're ready, publish your profile to appear in search results.

For Partners

Your account is ready, but you'll need to be invited by a buyer organization before you can start managing their workflow. See Creating a Partner Account for details.

Business Email Requirement

For certain features (like claiming a solution profile), you'll need a business email address. Personal email domains like gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, and outlook.com are not accepted for claim or team invite flows.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive a reset email
