Navigating Human Cloud

Overview

Human Cloud has three main workspaces depending on your role, plus public discovery pages anyone can browse.

Public Pages (No Login Required)

Page	What it does
Homepage	Browse 5,000+ solutions organized by category with infinite scroll
Rankings	Leaderboard of solutions sorted by HC Score with filters for category, region, and badges
Solution Profiles	Detailed profiles for each solution — description, capabilities, reviews, certifications, and HC Score breakdown
Insights & Blog	Industry analysis, weekly briefs, and deep dives on workforce trends
Glossary	Definitions for workforce industry terms
Pricing	Pricing tiers for solution providers (buyers are always free)

My Cloud (Buyer Workspace)

Your personal workspace at /my-cloud. This is where you manage everything as a buyer:

• Cloud tab — Saved solutions, notes, and business cases
• Shortlists — Curated lists of solutions you're evaluating
• Briefs & RFPs — Requests sent to solutions with response tracking
• Profile — Your personal profile and organization settings

Solution Dashboard

If you manage a solution profile, your dashboard is at /solution-dashboard. From here you can:

• Edit your public profile (description, categories, capabilities)
• Manage your team (invite members, assign roles)
• Track leads and visitor activity
• View your HC Score breakdown and ranking
• Manage certifications and badges
• Share and embed your profile

Partner Dashboard

If you're a partner managing buyer accounts, your hub is at /partner-dashboard. See the Partners documentation for details.

Key Navigation Elements

• Header — Always visible. Contains the HC logo, search, navigation links, notification bell, and your profile menu.
• Cart — A floating button in the corner lets you collect solutions as you browse, then take action on them (add to shortlist, send a brief, etc.).
• Organization Switcher — If you belong to multiple organizations, switch between them from the sidebar in My Cloud.
