Fractional People People (FPP) is a vibrant community of fractional HR leaders who are reimagining what it means to put people at the center of work. The organization was founded by Elles Skony after she discovered many of her peers in fractional HR roles were experiencing similar feelings and asking similar questions. In the spirit of abundance, she created a virtual workspace where everyone could learn and figure it out together. FPP serves as a safe space for chosen coworkers to talk about challenging days and celebrate wins together. The community consists of talented HR leaders across the world innovating workplaces one client at a time, through the power of community. Members are solopreneurs, builders, and visionaries designing equitable and imaginative people practices that unlock both human potential and business impact. The organization believes the world of work can be dynamic, progressive, and human-centered, grounded in abundance, joy, and connection rather than scarcity or hierarchy. FPP members are strategic HR leaders at the Director level or above, with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning + Development, Total Rewards, DEI or related fields. Together, they're shaping a future of work that feels expansive, real, and deeply human, supporting scaling companies worldwide through fractional HR leadership.
