An enterprise needed to improve the quality of manager feedback and reduce bias in recruiting communications. Managers wanted it to be easier to provide growth-oriented, actionable feedback. HR also wanted better control over the feedback process without adding more busywork. The enterprise implemented an integrated suite of recruiting and performance feedback tools with in-the-moment guidance for managers and recruiters. The solution worked directly in a dedicated web experience and could also be extended into existing ATS or performance management tools. It applied responsible AI trained on real-world hiring outcomes and performance reviews to help shape feedback and recruiting language. As a result, the enterprise improved the quality of feedback managers delivered and supported more growth-oriented conversations. It also reduced bias in recruiting communications to help create a more inclusive candidate experience. The organization strengthened control over HR communications while keeping the process simple enough to implement and scale.
