What the HC Verified badge means on kudos, customer relationships, and business cases — how verification works and how to request it.
When you see the HC Verified badge next to a kudos, a customer relationship, or a business case, it means Human Cloud has independently confirmed that content with the customer involved. Think of it like a background check: the solution told us something, and we checked it before vouching for it.
Verification is never automatic. Every verified item was reviewed and approved by the Human Cloud team — no algorithm stamps the badge on its own.
Verified content carries significantly more weight in a solution's HC Score than self-reported content. This cuts both ways: verified praise counts for more, and verified critical feedback counts against a score more than unverified feedback. That is what keeps the score honest.
If you manage a solution profile, you can request verification for your kudos, customers, and business cases from your solution dashboard. The Human Cloud team reviews each request — most are processed within a few business days.
Yes. If content is edited after verification, it loses its verified status and must re-earn it. Human Cloud can also revoke a verification if new information contradicts it.
