With a background from tech companies and deep experience from the recruiting world, we set out to combine the best of human sensibilities with advanced AI and modern engineering to make a meaningful impact in real-life recruiting. Having worked in management roles and recruiting across a wide variety of roles, we noticed that we could improve recruiting by merging technology and human elements. Relying solely on tools is not sufficient; often you find limitations that necessitate reverting to traditional methods.
