Managing Your Profile
Update your personal information, profile picture, and privacy settings.
Overview
Your profile is your identity across Human Cloud. It's visible to solutions when you send briefs and to team members in your organization. Manage it from the Profile tab in My Cloud.
Profile Fields
| Field | Description |

| First name & last name | Your display name across the platform |
| Your login email (used for notifications and communications) | |
| Company | Your current company or organization |
| Role/Title | Your position at your company |
| Profile picture | A photo or avatar shown in your profile and conversations |
Privacy Settings
You can control what information is visible to others:
- Name anonymity — hide your name from solutions when sending briefs
- Company anonymity — hide your company name from solutions
When anonymous, solutions see "Anonymous Buyer" instead of your real name or company.
Changing Your Password
If you signed up with email and password, you can update your password from the profile settings. If you signed up with Google or Microsoft, your password is managed by that provider.
Forgot Password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link. The link expires after a set time, so use it promptly.
