Overview

Human Cloud sends notifications for important activity — brief responses, team updates, and platform news. You can customize what you receive from the Notification Preferences page.

Accessing Preferences

Go to /notifications/preferences from the notification bell icon in the header, or from your profile settings.

Notification Types

Brief & RFP Activity

Brief responses — when a solution responds to your brief
RFP responses — when a solution submits an RFP response
New messages — when a solution messages you in a brief conversation

Platform Updates

New solutions — when new solutions matching your interests are added
Daily activity digest — a summary of activity across your account

Partner Activity

Partner invitations — when you're invited to partner with an organization
Partner updates — when a partner publishes work for your organization

Email Frequency

You can control how often you receive email notifications:

Immediate — receive emails as events happen
Daily digest — receive a single summary email each day
Off — no email notifications (you can still see them in-app)

In-App Notifications

Regardless of email settings, notifications always appear in the notification bell in the header. Click the bell to see recent notifications and mark them as read.
