Overview
Human Cloud offers several ways to compare solutions side by side — within shortlists, across brief/RFP responses, and through workforce model comparison guides.
Shortlist Comparison
Every shortlist includes a comparison table that shows key attributes for each solution in columns:
- HC Score and global ranking
- Categories and capabilities
- Regions served (customers and talent)
- Business model and pricing
- Network size
- Certifications and badges
- Verified customer count
This is the fastest way to compare a set of solutions you're evaluating for the same project.
Brief & RFP Response Comparison
After solutions respond to your brief or RFP, use the response comparison table to see their answers side by side:
- Each question appears as a row
- Each responding solution is a column
- Quickly spot differences in approach, pricing, timelines, and capabilities
This makes it easy to evaluate which solutions best match your requirements without switching between individual responses.
Workforce Model Comparisons
The /compare page provides structured comparisons of workforce models — for example:
- EOR vs. Staffing

- Freelance Marketplaces vs. Staffing Agencies
These are curated guides that explain the differences between workforce models, when to use each, and which solutions in each category are top-rated on Human Cloud.
Tips for Effective Comparison
- Start with a shortlist — add 5–10 solutions in the same category, then use the comparison table to narrow down
- Send a brief to your top picks — the response comparison gives you real data specific to your use case
- Use notes — annotate solutions in your shortlist with your evaluation criteria
- Check HC Score breakdown — a high overall score is good, but look at where the score comes from to understand the solution's strengths
