Overview

My Cloud is your personal workspace on Human Cloud. It's where everything you've saved, created, and sent lives — shortlists, briefs, saved solutions, notes, and your profile. Access it at /my-cloud after logging in.

Workspace Tabs

Cloud Tab

Your personal library of saved solutions and notes. Everything you've bookmarked while browsing lives here. You can:

View all saved solutions with their HC Scores and key details
Read and edit your private notes on each solution
View business cases you've saved
Filter and search within your saved items

Shortlists

All your curated lists of solutions. Each shortlist is a named collection you can reorder, annotate, compare, and share. See Creating & Managing Shortlists for details.

Briefs & RFPs

Track everything you've sent to solutions — briefs, RFIs, and RFPs. See response status, read replies, message solutions, and compare responses side by side. See Sending Briefs & RFPs for details.

Profile

Manage your personal information — name, company, role, profile picture, and privacy settings. See Managing Your Profile.

Program

If you're an owner or admin of a buyer organization, the Program tab gives you access to organization-level management — team members, partner delegations, and program settings.

The Sidebar

The left sidebar in My Cloud provides:

Organization switcher — if you belong to multiple organizations, switch between them here
Quick navigation — jump between Cloud, Shortlists, Briefs, Profile, and Program tabs
Active account indicator — shows which organization context you're currently working in

Organization Context

If you belong to a buyer organization, My Cloud operates in that org's context by default. Resources you create (shortlists, briefs) can be scoped to your organization so your team can see them. If you're a solo user without an org, everything is personal.

First Time in My Cloud

When you first visit My Cloud after signing up:

Your user profile is created automatically
If your email domain matches an existing buyer org, you're auto-added as a viewer
Otherwise, a personal buyer organization is created for you
You can start browsing solutions and building shortlists immediately
