Creating & Managing RFPs

Step-by-step guide for buyers: create an RFP, select solutions, review responses, and manage sharing.

Creating an RFP

Step 1: Open the RFP modal

From your My Cloud dashboard, click the "New RFP" button in the RFPs tab. The RFP creation modal will open.

Step 2: Write your request

Fill in the following fields:

Step 3: Add questions

Use the built-in template library or type your own. Categories include Staffing, Compliance, Technology, Pricing, and more. Use "Add all" per category or "Use recommended questions" for 8 common questions.

Step 4: Select solutions

Search by name, pick from shortlists, or paste email addresses to invite off-platform vendors.

Step 5: Send

Click "Send RFP". All selected solutions will be notified.


Reviewing responses

Go to My Cloud → RFPs. Click an RFP to see responses. Use "Compare Side by Side" for a table view. Set verdicts: Shortlist, Follow Up, or Pass.

Sharing your RFP

Click "Share RFP" to configure privacy and generate a share link. You can set it to invite-only or public.

Deleting an RFP

Click "Delete" to permanently remove an RFP and all associated data.
